Rawalpindi (June 5, 2017): Japan Ambassador to Pakistan Takashi Kurai on Monday called on Chief of Army Staff General QamarJaved Bajwa at General Headquarters.
According to the details, Japanese Ambassador to Pakistan Takashi Kurai called on Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa in Rawalpindi on Monday.

During the meeting, matters of mutual interest with focus on regional security were discussed.
The Japanese ambassador appreciated efforts and sacrifices of Pakistani people and Army against terrorism. He also expressed his government’s desire to enhance cooperation with Pakistan in all fields.
The Army Chief thanked the ambassador and expressed hope that Japan will continue to play a positive role towards peace and stability in the region.
