ISLAMABAD: Supreme Court of Pakistan on Monday ordered the named parties in the case pertaining to services rules of Islamabad-subordinate judiciary to reach a unanimous decision on the affair.
During the hearing of the case, lawyer Naeem Bukhari stated that the case does not come within range of national interest or benefit.
He added that the government has not initiated any work on the amendment of the law.
To this, the judge-bench of the Apex court issued directives to the parties to reach the conclusion of the case with a unanimous joint decision.
The court then adjourned the hearing of the case for four weeks.
