ISLAMABAD: The secretary supreme judicial council has submitted a single page reply over the allegations of discrimination in Justice Faez Essa reference saying all allegations are baseless and concocted.
“SJC has never expressed non-seriousness during the case and it has not used dual standards or illegal way or inequality with any party,” the reply said adding that SJC has not crossed its limit.
SJC said that all the judges of the apex court are respectable and the council even not thought to disrespect. Council has paid its responsibilities with sincerity and good thinking.
The ten-member bench of the apex court will hear the case on the request of the Faez Essan tomorrow.
