ISLAMABAD: Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) Bilawal Bhutto Zardari on Thursday recorded his statement in the JV opal case while he failed to satisfy investigation of National Accountability Bureau (NAB).
Sources said that a three member committee headed by Director General NAB Rawalpindi Ashfaq Mangi interrogated the PPP Chairman in the joint venture Opal case which lasted for about an hour.
All three members of the committee Ashfaq Mangi, Gul Afridi and Ghufran asked questions from the PPP Chairperson.
The NAB sources said that the PPP chairman failed to satisfy the NAB team while the NAB team has handed Bilalwal a written questioner comprising 35 questions.
The PPP Chairperson statement recorded today was in negation of his earlier statement, the NAB sources added.
