KARACHI: National Electric Power Regularity Authority (NEPRA) has published a report regarding consumers’ complaints against power distributing companies as K-Electric on top.
According to the NEPRA report, overall 5,854 complaints received against power distribution companies out of them 2,344 against the Karachi Electric.
It said most of the complaints carrying overbilling, delay in new connections and malfunction of meters.
