Kalbhoshan Yadav will not be sent back to India: Sartaj

ISLAMABAD: An FIR has been registered against Indian agent Kalbhoshan Yadav, while Adviser to Prime Minister for Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz made aware Senate, saying that India is involved in terrorism in Pakistan, adding that Kalbhoshan Yadav will not be sent back to India.

Chairman Raza Rabbani chaired Senate sessiion today, during question break Sartaj Aziz told the House that Pakistan wants to proceed judicial action against Kalbhoshan Yadav. India should provide information, adding that questionnaire sent to India is prepared with the consultation of ground realities.

Senator Talha Mahmood raised question that whether Kalbhoshan Yadav is likely to be sent back like Raymond Davis, on which Sartaj Aziz replied that there is no such proposition under consideration, nor there is likely to be done anything like that. He said that he never talked of insufficient evidences against Kalbhoshan Yadav.

Leader of the Opposition in Senate Aitzaz Ahsan, while demanding Prime Minister to name Kalbhoshan Yadav, said that if Prime Minister will take name of Indian spy then he will donate 50 thousand rupees to Pakistan Blind Association.

Sartaj Aziz said that PM will call name of Kalbhoshan Yadav at appropriate time.

Chairman Senate expressed anger over absence of ministers during today’s session and refused the proceeding of the House; hence next session to be held on Monday.
