The apex committee meeting held under the chair of chief minister sindh has decided to continue ongoing operation has lauded the services of outgoing DG Rangers Bilal Akber and Corps Commander Karachi Naveed Mukhtar.
Both the army officials attended the farewell meeting in which chief minister Sindh and other high level officials eulogized their services and CM Sindh Murald Ali Shah has presented them Ajrak and Sindhi Topi as gift.
In media briefing, advisor for information Maula Bux Chandeo said that meeting has decided to go head with the ongoing Karachi operation and it also confirmed the decisions taken in previous meetings.
“To combat with the foreign forces and terrorism, the law enforcement institutions have made success while apex committee will continue its proceedings,” he told media.
He lauding the efforts of the army, Rangers and police said that the restoration of peace in the Quaid’s city was the joint efforts and these would be continued.
