KARACHI: Crime rate has risen in the first three months of the current year in the city while as many as 95 people were killed in different firing incidents in the period.
Citizen Police Liaison Committee (CPLC) released report stated that the crime rate has gone up while police appeared to be totally failed to control violent incidents.
The CPLC has issued facts and figure of the crime of the first three months of 2019 according to which as many as 42 vehicles snatched and while 321 stolen in the city.
As many as 13, 13 and 16 vehicles snatched in January, February and March respectively while as many as 321 cars were stolen of whom police could recover 133 cars only.
