KARACHI: Thieves, on late Thursday night, picked locks of shops in the city’s area of Landhi and fled with goods worth lacs.
According to details, the incident took place at Landhi no. 1 near Babar market where thieves stole expensive goods from two photo studio shops after picking locks of both.
“I opened my shop at 3 am and got to know of the occurrence at 6 am in the morning”, said the shopkeeper.
Police, who reached the spot after being called up, have suspected that one of the employees from both shops is part of the theft.
It is to be noted that this event is not the first of its kind as many such thefts have taken place in Landhi’s market area in the past. Despite the persistence occurrence of such bids, Police are yet to make an arrest.
