KARACHI: A Mirage jet of Pakistan Air Force crashed near Mushrraf Colony here. Two people are injured in the crash.
According to sources the jet was on a routine operational flight when it developed a technical fault and crashed within the limits of Masroor Air Base.
According to the spokesman of the PAF pilot of the jet was martyred while he steered the jet away from the residential area. There is no news of any loss of life or property on the ground, the spokesman said adding that the jet was on a routine operational flight fell near Masroor air Base.
The PAF spokesman informed that an enquiry committee is being formed to probe the incident.
