After child abductions cases reported in Punjab now news is circulating in Karachi regarding children kidnappings. Parents whole of the day remained disturbed over rumors spreading on social media. While Additional IG Karachi Mushtaq Mehar said that all the news regarding children abductions are just rumors.
However, area residents in Korangi’s Zaman Town area foiled alleged child abduction bit and tortured alleged kidnapper while police transferred the accused to police station taking him into custody after reaching the spot.
The area residents and family of the child protested outside the police station. Police said that the arrested person is a beggar however, investigation is being carried out.
