Karachi’s Deputy Mayor Elections To Be Held Today

KARACHI: Elections on vacant seat of the deputy mayor of the metropolis will be held today (Thursday).

The seat was vacant when the previous deputy mayor Arshad Vohra joined Pak-Sarzameen Party (PSP) by waving goodbye to Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P).

All the necessary arrangements have been finalized in this regard and strict security measures will be taken for the election.

The election will be held at KMC hall and at least 300 UC Chairmen will take part in the polling process. The election will start at 9 am and will be concluded at 5 pm.
