ISLAMABAD: Former minister for foreign affairs Khawaja Muhammad Asif has advised boycotting the Organisation of Islamic Conference (OIC) that has been summoned for Feb 26 (today) on current regional situation in India-held Kashmir.
A session of the National Assembly took place today (Tuesday) where Khawaja Asif expressed his thoughts during his address to the house.
“It is government’s duty to give details of the Indian intrusion. We all [political groups] are united”, said the senior politician.
He, similar to Sherry Rehman’s demand, asked the government to call a joint session of Parliament at 4 pm today to consult on the affair.
