SUKKUR: Sindh High Court (SHC) on Monday suspended the Accountability court’s decision to release ex-opposition leader Khursheed Shah on bail in assets beyond income case till next hearing.
According to details, a special bench of the SHC in Circuit Bench Sukkur comprising Justice Naimatullah Phulpoto and Justice Khadim Hussain Tunio conducted proceedings on the matter and postponed the bail of the Pakistan People’s Party leader in National Assembly.
The court said that the issue will be raised in next hearing on January 16.
Earlier, on December 12, accountability court had granted bail to Syed Khursheed Shah in assets beyond mean case.
