ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) leader Khurshid Shah on Friday has withdrawn his bail plea from Supreme Court (SC) in assets case.
During the hearing, the court has disposed of the case on PPP leader’s petition withdrawal. However, Khurshid Shah can move high court over delay in hardship and trial.
It is to be mentioned here that National Accountability Bureau (NAB) had arrested senior PPP leader Syed Khursheed Shah in a case regarding his alleged assets beyond means.
