In Land Grabbing scandal case of billion worth, Accountability Court of Lahore has extended remand of arrested main accused Hammad Arshad and his partner Brigadier Khalid Nazir Butt by 14 days.
The judge Khakan Baber heard DHA fraud case in Lahore court, according to sources, NAB’s investigative officer told the court that accused partner Brigadier Khalid Nazir Butt with main accused Hammad Arshad grabbed land of more than 70 billion from almost 26,000 citizens including martyrs’s allocated land were sold.
Investigative officer told the court that reference from NAB against both suspects is getting ready, more extension would be given to send the reference.However, court has given time to NAB for sending references while sending suspects on judicial remand of 14 days.
