DUBAI: Lahore Qalandars have given a total of 139 target to rival Karachi kings to chase on third day of Pakistan Super League fourth edition.
The Lahore Qalandars scored 138 runs off 20 overs losing six wickets. Sohail Akhtar, Anton Devcich, Fakhar Zaman made 37, 28 and 26 runs respectively.
Umer Khan gave breakthrough to the Kings by taking the wickets of AB Devilliers and Sohail Akhtar. The vital wickets halted the rising momentum of Hafeez’s team.
The Kings dominated the field after an initial fiery start of opener Fakhar Zaman and Akhtar.
Earlier, Lahore Qalandars bated first as Karachi Kings decided to bowl after winning the toss.
Karachi Kings have won its first match against Multan Sultan while Lahore Qalandars had lost its first battle against Islamabad united.
So, KK have edge over Lahore today.
