KARACHI: The administration of Naya Nazimabad Housing Scheme has said the NAB, FIA and the Sindh Board of Revenue have cleared the land of Naya Nazimabad.
In a press release issued by the administration of the housing scheme, it was said that construction on the land is approved from the SBR and the SBCA. It further said that form 35 is related to measurement and not related to the title of the land.
The Sindh High Court has also said in its judgment that the land is clear and belongs to the housing scheme, it further read.
It may be noted that Deputy Commissioner Fayaz Solangi had earlier declared that project as illegal.
