LAHORE: Chairman Senate Mian Raza Rabbani has said that law must be same for Civil, MIlitary and Bureaucracy for the rule of law, while everyone must be held accountable for the elimination of corruptioni.
Addressing the passing out parade of 104 investigating officers of NAB completing their training in Police College Sahala, Chairman Senate Mian Raza Rabbani said that corruption is a curse, adding that the resolve of Pakistani issues is accountability and there must be equal and same accountability to eliminate corruption.
He said that ruling class doesn’t go to court if involved in serious treason case, while Sherpao appear before court in Akbar Bugti case, but Pervez Musharraf has exemption from that.
On this occasion, Chairman NAB Qamar Zaman Chaudhary said that corruption is the root of all evils. He said that investigating officers are the future of nation, adding that NAB will have to perform its responsibility with professional expertise unbiased.
