LAHORE:Lawyers on Wednesday attacked the Punjab Institute of Cardiology (PIC) in Lahore on Wednesday.
The dispute between lawyers and doctors has intensified as the score of lawyers entered the ICU and operation theater and they vandalized the stuff present there.
The medical staff including doctors and nurses left the facilities after hard struggle. Besides that the lawyers also made vehicles parked outside the hospital subjected to vandalizing but police deployed outside the hospital could not stopped the lawyers for vandalizing.
According to media reports, Punjab Chief Minister Usman Buzdar has taken notice of the incident and directed the concerned official to submit a detailed report.
