Suggest PML-N Not To Leave Parliamentary Forum: Babar

Islamabad (July 29, 2018): Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) senior leader Farhatullah Babar has said that his party’s leadership will decide about the support to Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N) in Punjab.

While talking to journalists after the advisory committees meeting between PPP and PML-N, Farhatullah Babar said that it was not appropriate to leave the parliamentary forum.Farhatullah Babar lashed out at the ECP and demanded of its officials to resign. He said that ECP had failed to fulfil its responsibilities. He said that PPP and PML-L were of the view that mandate in elections-2018 was stolen.

The PPP leader said that they will unveil the anti-democratic forces in the parliament. Babar said that they suggested PML-N not to leave the parliamentary forum.

The two parties have agreed to lodge protest against alleged rigging in the 2018 General Election in the Parliament, said sources.

PPP’s advisory committee comprised of Syed Khursheed Shah, Naveed Qamar, Yousuf Raza Gilani, Sherry Rehman, Farhatullah Babar, Qamar Zaman Kaira and others.

While the PML-N committee comprised of former premier Shahid Khaqan Abbasi, Saad Rafique, former National Assembly Speaker Sardar Ayaz Sadiq and others.
