LAHORE: Lahore High Court (LHC) on Saturday has barred the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) from arresting Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Hamza Shahbaz till April 08 while anti-graft watchdog team returned empty-handed.
As per details, LHC’s Justice Sardar Shamim heard a case pertaining to the pre-arrest bail request of the PML-N leader Hamza Shahbaz.
The lawyers of PML-N leader were appeared before the court and sought a pre-arrest bail.
The court after a short hearing approved a two days pre-arrest bail request and barred NAB from arresting Hamza Shahbaz till April 08.
LHC has constituted a two-member bench to hear on the pre-arrest plea of the PML-N leader and ordered him to appear before the court on Monday.
