LAHORE: Lahore High Court (LHC) on Monday extended interim bail of President of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) Shehbaz Sharif in assets beyond means case till July 7.
The LHC also extended that deadline of signing surety bonds till July 7 and ordered Shehbaz Sharif to get tested for coronavirus from the Institute of Public Health on July 2.
The court also directed the director of the institute to submit a report of the opposition leader’s coronavirus test in the court on the next hearing.
NAB prosecutor contended the court to decide the case hearing in the absence of the Opposition Leader in the National Assembly (NA).
The Court extended the interim bail of the PML-N President Shahbaz Sharif.
