RAWALPINDI: Former prime minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi will be presented before the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Rawalpindi in connection with investigation into Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) terminal contract case.
The Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) senior leader will record his statement before the anti-corruption watchdog in Rawalpindi.
It is noteworthy to mention here that the-then petroleum minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi signed an agreement for importing Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) from Qatar during PML-N tenure.
He was facing charges of approving Rs220 billion contract for LNG imports and distribution to the company where Abbasi himself was shareholder.
