Peshawar (May 17, 2017): Workers of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), who were protesting against prolong load shedding and over-billing by power utility, stormed Wapda House in Peshawar here on Wednesday.
As per details, PTI workers are staging protest sit-in against prolong load shedding and over-billing in front of Wapda House in the provincial metropolis.

The protest is being led by MNA Aisha Gulalai. During the sit-in, some of the protesting PTI activists entered Wapda House by forcefully opening the gate. Some of the workers also barged into Wapda House by climbing its walls.
The protesting PTI workers resorted to ear-splitting sloganeering against the federal government.
MNA Gulalai, who is leading the protest, said that due to load shedding factories and mills in the province were being closing down and people were becoming jobless.
She demanded of the government to immediately end load shedding and address the issue of over-billing. She said that their protest will continue till the issues of load shedding and over-billing are resolved.
She thanked the people of Peshawar for responding to her call for protest against the federal government and attending the sit-in.
