ISLAMABAD: Malaysian Premier Mahathir Mohamad on Saturday has returned to his country after completing his three-day official visit to Pakistan.
He paid the visit at the invitation of Prime Minister Imran Khan.
Dr Mahathir Mohamad was the Guest of Honour at the Pakistan Day Parade today.
He was waved goodbye by his Pakistani counterpart and other notable civil-military leaders of Pakistan from Noor Khan Airbase Islamabad.
Earlier on Thursday, the Malaysian Prime Minister, Dr Mahathir Mohamad arrived in Pakistan for a three days official visit.
The guest was given 21 gun-salute on his arrival.
The Malaysian Prime Minister was accompanied by a high-level delegation including several leading businessmen.
The Malaysian Prime Minister’s bilateral engagements also included meetings with President Arif Alvi and Prime Minister Imran Khan which was followed by delegation level talks.
The two Prime Ministers will also speak at the Roundtable meeting of the CEOs of industries, who desire to invest in automobile and telecommunication sectors of Pakistan.
The government of Pakistan has also conferred the highest civilian award Nishan-e-Pakistan to the Malaysian Prime Minister Mahathir Muhammad on his visit.
