Islamabad: Chairman Board of Directors Edocto Group Malaysia Datuk Azzat Kamaluddin along with delegation called on Finance Minister Asad Umar and showed its interest to invest 250 million dollar in Pakistan.
Besides Chairman Board of Investment Pakistan, Malaysia`s High Commissioner in Pakistan Akraan Muhamad Ibrahim, Dr Naek Ramla, Saresh Naraen Singh Sadhu and Arif Husain were also present in the meeting.
The Chairman of the Malaysian Group expressed interest for partnership in ‘Digital Pakistan Program’.
On the occasion, Malaysia`s High Commissioner in Pakistan Akraan Muhamad Ibrahim said that more Malaysian companies wanted to invest in Pakistan.
The group is already making investment in Pakistan worth over 100.5 million dollars.
Earlier, the delegation had called on Prime Minister Imran Khan.
Prime Minister Imran Khan said all-out efforts are being made to facilitate foreign investment in the country.
