Faisalabad (March 08, 2018):Daughter of former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and leader of PML N Maryam Nawaz complained on Thursday that the top court served anti-Nawaz verdicts one after the other and said that judges must maintain their respect themselves.
Addressing Muslim League N’s social media convention in Dhobi Ghat Ground Faisalabad Maryam said that the deadline to the probe body has expired and mocked that if the Joint Investigation Team’s ‘jewels’ (members) failed to find anything then how come the NAB officials will have any success in this regard.
“If you couldn’t find anything in six months than what will you find in two months?” said the former first daughter.

She claimed in her speech that the people would avenge disgrace of their votes in General Elections 2018.
She alleged that Nawaz Sharif was first abused and then ousted from premiership.
“One after another sentence is being given, even dismissed from prime ministership,” said Maryam Nawaz.
Maryam alleged that five judges turned the entire judiciary of Pakistan into a political party. She rhetorically asked what the forces working against Nawaz Sharif could find in two months when they could not find any evidence to nab him for the past one and a half years.
She claimed that Nawaz Sharif was probably the only person in the world who was facing vengeance when nothing was ever proved against him.
She said that contempt of court notices could not be pursued in cases that are unjustly tried. There is going to be voices being raised against judiciary in case of unjust rulings, she added.
Maryam rhetorically asked wasn t there any law to nab those who disrespected votes of the people.
Maryam further alleged certain elements of having toppled Government of Balochistan before Senate elections 2018.
For the first time in Pakistan s history, Supreme Court (SC) ordered to lodge a case with accountability courts against a family, she asserted. The PML-N leader branded action against freshly elected senators holding dual nationality, another step to target ruling PML-N.
Maryam criticised Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chairman Imran Khan by claiming that the lawmaker is such of an incompetent person that he couldn t score a goal even when PML-N’s goalkeeper was removed .
Thousands of people attended today’s convention. Special security measures were taken for the gathering. Walk-thorough gates at the entrance were installed and elite force was also deployed.
Maryam Nawaz is overseeing the social media wing of the PML-N and had held social media workers conventions in various parts of the country including Lahore, Sargodha and KPK province in last few weeks.
After being presented with gold crowns in Sheikhupura and Sargodha, former prime minister’s daughter Maryam Nawaz will be receiving a gold necklace at the event in Faisalabad.
The trend of presenting the former first daughter with gold ornaments has recently started by people in different districts of Punjab, the province where the PML-N is in power.
In Sargodha, she was presented with a 20-tola gold crown by Mayor Malik Aslam Naveed as a gift from people of the city on February 24.
However, Maryam said she would donate the crown to an organisation working for orphans.
Prior to that, on February 18, traders of Sheikhupura gifted a crown to the former prime minister’s daughter. The ornament was said to be worth approximately Rs1.3 million.
On Feb 16 in Mansehra, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Maryam addressed the party’s first social media convention.
