Masses Not To Accept Expulsion Of PM Again: Nawaz Sharif      

Islamabad (March 05, 2018): Former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif said that the public will not tolerate expelling a prime minister like that again as the masses have understood that their narrative was just.

Talking to media after appearing before the accountability court, the former premier and lifetime Quaid of the PML-N said that he had neither murdered anybody nor carried out a dacoity but was expelled from the premiership.“The last 70 years had passed under the circumstances but the upcoming years will not witness this because this country is not meant for certain people,” he said.

He said that the results of bye-election in Sargodha is a witness to their successful narrative and now the people are not ready to tolerate such behaviors.

He said that the masses are now aware and now not Nawaz Sharif but the masses are saying that vote be given respect.“Our candidate was deprived of the election symbol of Lion in Sargodha and even in Senate elections but what happened after that nothing. The more you hate Nawaz Sharif the masses would more support him.”

“What is the right for a political party having no seat in assembly to have its candidate for Senate polls,” he said adding that these things had happened in past but now the system needs to be changed.Her called for accountability of those who purchased seats for Senate.

The former premier later left for Punjab House. The party sources informed that Nawaz Sharif after the hearing would leave for Punjab House and attend a Muslim League meeting as its lifetime Quaid.

The meeting would discuss the appointments of party candidates for chairman and deputy chairman and possible alliances with other parties.
