Masters Champions League: Players auction to be held in October

According to schedule Masters Champions League, player’s auction for new edition to be held at United Arab Emirates (UAE), where more than 250 former international would be bid for the auction.However, Masters League administration has contacted Pakistan’s Inzamam ul Haq, Saqlain Mushtaq and Abdul Razzaq.

Masters Champions League was launched in January this year in Dubai, however, first edition of T-20 league consist of superstars from the past would be held at UAE in February, 2016, whose matches would be played in Sharjah, Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Due to Masters League, Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) would not be able to get UAE venues, after which Pakistan is going to hold the event in Doha, Qatar.

At begging, Pakistan’s former captain and well known all-rounder, Waseem Akram were also the part of the league, but being ambassador of Super League, now he has had agreement with PCB.Due to which he would be separate from the Masters League.

Masters Champions League has appointed former cricketer Sean Morris of Hampshire as Chief Operating Officer, who had perform his responsibilities as chief executive Rajasthan Royals in IPL team.

In the event, Adam Gilchrist, Sachin Tendulkar and Brian Lara as the stars would also participate.
