Medical Board Decides to Conduct Various Tests of Nawaz

LAHORE: The medical board of Services Hospital on Friday decided to conduct various tests of former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif as his platelets count increased on Thursday, showing improvement in his condition.

According to sources, the risk of bleeding has also been decreased after improvement in platelets count.

The medical board has decided to stop giving a dose of Intravenous Immunoglobulin (IVIG) Therapy to the former premier after his platelets increased from 35,000 to 51,000.

However, Nawaz Sharif’s blood pressure and sugar level was said to be still high.
