Meteorological Department has forecast excessively hot and humid weather across most plateau areas the country with mercury rising to as much as 48 degree centigrade during next . However, dust winds and thunder showers may lash some parts of Hazara, Rawalpindi, Gujranwala Divisions as well as Kashmir.
The Met Department says that the central and northern plateaus including Sahiwal, D G Khan, Multan, Bhawalpur, D I Khan, Bannu, Sukkur, Larkana, Benazirabad, Hyderabadm Sibbi, and Nasirabad Divisions would be in grips of the excessive heat.
According to authorities during the next 24 hours plateaus in Punjab, central and northern Khyber Pakhtwankhwa, upper Sindh, Sibbi, and Makran Divisions will be the grip of excessive heat.
