Islamabad (October 19, 2018): The largest opposition party in National Assembly Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) has submitted two adjournment motions over the hike in metro bus fare and proposed new media regularity authority.
According to details, the PML-N members NA Khawaja Asif, Murtaza Javed Abbasi, Dr Abadullah and Sheikh Rohail submitted motion over the increase in metro bus fares citing that metro bus was launched for the middle class and low-income people, however, government’s decision will affect the general public.

They demanded the issue should come under discussion in parliament.
Second adjournment motion against proposed media regularity authority was submitted by Marryium Aurangzeb, Murtaza Abbasi and Mohsan Ranjha.
The motion alleged that the government did not take opposition and stakeholders in confidence over the establishment of new media regularity authority, therefore, the issue should come under discussion in parliament.
