KARACHI: Chief of the outlawed Peoples Amn Committee Uzair Baloch has been shifted to the Central Jail Karachi after completion of army court trial against him.
Hearing of Arshad Papu murder case and others now will be heard in the ATC.
Uzair Baloch was sentenced 12 years by the military courts, he was sentenced under official secret act.
According to the JIT report, Uzair was involved in “espionage activities by providing secret information regarding army installations and officials to foreign agents (Iranian intelligence officers) which is a violation of the Official Secrets Act 1923”.
