Web Desk (July 03, 2018): A court on Monday ordered Delhi police to register an FIR against Bollywood actor Mithun Chakraborty’s son Mahaakshay Chakraborty following allegations of rape and criminal intimidation by a Bhojpuri actress.
Indian and Bhojpuri actress registered in court and claims to have come in contact with Mahaakshay in April, 2015.
She claimed that she was drugged and raped and the relationship continued as accused promised to marry her
After the complaint, court ordered Delhi police to register an FIR against Mahaakshay Chakraborty and Yogeeta Bali following allegations of rape and criminal intimidation by a woman, also an actor.
Mithun Chakraborty’s son, Mahaakshay will tie the knot to his longtime girlfriend, Madalsa Sharma. His to-be-wife is the daughter of director Subhash Sharma.
Mahaakshay debuted in Bollywood in 2008 with movie ‘Jimmy’, which got him nomination for Filmfare awards.
