RAWALPINDI: Motorway police foiled an attempt to smuggle large quantity of heroin. Near Chakri, motorway police found an unclaimed sack on the side of the road. A search of the sack on suspicion turned up 11kg of heroin. A spokesman for the Motorway Police said that the value of heroin in the global market is said to be in the tens of millions of rupees.
