KARACHI: Chief Minister Sindh Adviser on Information Murtaza Wahab has said that Muttahida Quami Movement Pakistan (MQM-P) should end beating the drum over lack of power while the provincial government provided Rs 39 billion to Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC).
Chief Minister Sindh Adviser on Information Murtaza Wahab talking to media outside Sindh Assembly building lamented on MQM-P and Mayor Karachi and said that the MQM-P did not serve the masses of the metropolis.
Chief Minister Sindh Adviser on Information said that the MQM-P provided with ample amount of funds in the past adding that the Sindh government gave Rs 39 billion to the KMC of which Rs 30 billion provided as a grant despite that the MQM-P always complaint of lack of funds.
Kept on criticizing the MQM-P, Murtaz Wahab said that the MQM-P got the mandate to serve the masses of the city instead of doing politics and it did not serve the masses.
He said that politics of division always harm the country adding that even the MQM-P ally is not with it and provincial opposition is not on a single page due to the MQM-P.
