ISLAMABAD: State Minister for Privatization Muhammad Zubair and Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf lawmaker Asad Umar exchanged heated words during the meeting of National Assembly’s standing committee meeting.
As per details, the NA Standing Committee on Industries and Production met here with its chairman Asad Umar in the chair.
During the meeting, Asad Umar and Muhammad Zubair, who happens to be real brothers, but have different political affiliations, exchanged heated words on the issue of Steel Mills.
Asad Umar, chairman of the NA standing committee, suggested Hussain Nawaz, son of PM Nawaz Sharif, be made PSM chairman for what he said his knowledge about steel business’.
To which, Muhammad Zubair retorted to Umar: “You are making a political statement.” At this, the PTI lawmaker asked him not to dictate them.
