Multan: FIA Arrests 2 Human Traffickers

Multan (December 15, 2017): Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) arrested two suspects involved in human trafficking and visa fraud.

According to details the FIA team conducted a raid in Muzaffargarh Rohialnawali area here and arrested two proclaimed offenders Azam Akram and Abdul Rasheed. The arrested suspects were wanted in many cases of human trafficking and visa fraud.

The arrested suspects had taken hundreds of thousands of rupees by duping people that they would be sent overseas.

According to FIA sources arrested proclaimed offender had collected Rs 5 million fromone Saima Shehzadi and Imran. The other proclaimed offender Abdul Rsaheed, who was arrested from Muzaffargarh Rohilanawali area, had collected one million rupees from one Imran and had fled.

Director FIA Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar has announced cash award and appreciation certificates to the team who arrested the two proclaimed offenders and other officers.
