NASHVILLE: Five teenagers have been arrested by the Police for allegedly shooting and murdering the United States singer and pop star, Kyle Yorlets in Nashville city.
As per details, three girls, ages 12, 14 and 15, and two boys, ages 13 and 16, were charged with criminal homicide. Police arrested and shifted all children to juvenile detention.
A gun was recovered, as well as a stolen car in the parking lot. Investigators say the five were in a stolen Chevrolet Colorado pickup truck when they spotted Yorlets outside.
Cops say the children were attempting to steal the 24-year-old singer’s car and shot him after he refused to turn over his keys. They didn’t get the car but did get his wallet.
Kyle, who was dying from the wound, somehow made it inside his home. One of his roommates found him sometime later.
Yorlets was a Belmont University graduate who was the guitar player and lead singer for Nashville-based band Carverton.
