KARACHI: Atif Zaman counsel, Shafqat Tanoli, in the murder case of private news channel anchor Mureed Abbass and his friend, has asked the anti-terrorism court to provide him more time for the preparation of arguments in the case.
According to details, the ATC heard the murder case of a private news channel’s anchor Mureed Abbass and his friend.
The counsel of murder accused Atif Zamman, Shafqat Tanoli prayed the court to be given him more time for the arguments in the case due to his illness.
On which, the court adjourned the hearing while allowing Atif Zaman counsel for arguments on September 24.
On the other hand police still failed to apprehend runaway accused Adil Zaman, brother of Atif Zaman .
The court once-again today issued Adil Zaman non-bailable arrest warrants.
