KARACHI: Advisor to chief minister Sindh for information, law and anti-corruption, Barrister Murtaza Wahab on Friday said that Prime Minister Imran Khan had announced Rs162 Billion for Karachi package but not a single penny has been received so far from the federation.
Addressing a press conference outside the Sindh Assembly Murtaza Wahab said that Sindh government has not received any official letter regarding the transfer of three main hospitals to the federation.
“The Provincial government didn’t receive any official letter,” he said adding that only the notification has been issued so far regarding the transfer of three Karachi hospitals to the federal government.
He said that PM Khan has forgotten the promises he made with people of Sindh and Karachi, adding that the incompetent federal government has made the life of masses miserable.
“These economic issues have occurred because of the incompetent policies of the federal government. For how long people like Sheikh Rasheed will blame previous regimes for the terrible economic condition of the country?” he asked.
