Azad Jammu Kashmir (AJK) High Court has disqualified speaker legislative assembly Sardar Ghulam Sadiq.
Pakistan Muslim League-N (PML-N) leader Sardar Khan Bahadur Khan had filed petition in the AJK HC against the speaker over his double salary.
The AJK HC giving verdict on the said petition disqualified the speaker.
It is pertinent to mention here that Sardar Ghulam Saddiq Khan was candidate of Pakistan People Party (PPP) from LA 18.
