LAHORE: The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Tuesday rejected the extension in the pre-arrest bail plea filed by Pakistan Muslim League – Nawaz (PML-N) leader and Opposition leader in the Punjab Assembly Hamza Shehbaz in the Money laundering and Ramzan Sugar Mills scandal case.
The two-member bench, comprising Justice Mazhar Ali Akbar Naqvi and Justice Shahid Waheed Khan, heard the petition as the PML-N leader appeared before the court amid strict security arrangements.
Hamza, along with National Assembly Opposition Leader, Shehbaz Sharif, was indicted in the Ramzan Sugar Mills case on April 9.
