LAHORE: A team of National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Lahore officials failed to arrest PML-N President Shehbaz Sharif.
The team left for Jati Umrah after it failed to arrest the opposition leader in NA from his Model Town residence.
The team had searched the house of Shehbaz Sharif in Model Town for more than an hour but failed to find him and then left for Jati Umrah.
Earlier, Opposition Leader National Assembly Mian Shehbaz Sharif had decided not to appear before National Accountability Bureau (NAB) in assets beyond means and money laundering case.
According to details, President of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), instead of appearing before NAB in person, submitted his response through his representative Muhammad Faisal.
Sources say that Shehbaz Sharif decided to not appear before NAB after hearing of his bail plea got delayed from today to Wednesday.
