KARACHI: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has started investigations against the influential of Sindh Cultural department Qanasro Brother in a mega corruption scandal that caused the loss of over three billion rupees to the national exchequer.
According to Abbtakk News, NAB Sukkur has tightened the nose around the Qanasro Brothers and started investigations in mega corruption charges.
According to details acquired by Abbtakk News Roshan Qanasro made fraud of Rs 3.90 billion rupees in various projects while several projects had put into shelves due to his stubborn.
“Roshan Qanasro made corruption between 2015 to 2018 in 52 projects of eight districts of Sindh including 16 projects of Khairpur, 11 of Sukkur and 18 of Larkana. He has also been alleged of corruption in 10 projects of Shikarpur, five of Jacobabad and one of Ghotki,” the report said.
The report also mentioned that Qanasro Brothers have made misappropriation in construction of Larkana Arts Complex, Abdul Aziz Library Panu Aqil, and compound wall project of Faiz Mehal in Khairpur.
