ISLAMABAD: Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) central information secretary Nafisa Shah the arrest of Asif Ali Zardari is to try suppressing the voice of the party and the arrest aimed at targeting the people of Pakistan.
Talking to media outside the parliament Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) central information secretary Nafisa Shah claimed that only Asif Zardari can bring people on the roads for the protest that’s why the government arrested him just one day before the budget while the NAB is being compelled to do such actions.
Talking at the occasion another party leader Hyder Zaman said that it is the first time that IMF condition is being implemented before the presentation of the budget.
He said that the constitution has been violated through the arrest of Asif Ali Zardari.
He said that as per the constitution” executive can interfere in the matters of the NAB and the judiciary adding that whatever pressure Chairman NAB arrested Zardari he violated the constitution.
