LAHORE: National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Chairman Justice (r) Javed Iqbal chaired an important session in which DG NAB Lahore Shehzad Saleem briefed him on mega corruption cases.
The meeting – held in the provincial capital of Punjab – deliberated on nine mega corruption cases including the Chaudhry Sugar Mills case.
Sources privy to the anti-corruption watchdog told Dunya News that a detailed discussion was held to file the Chaudhry Sugar Mills case reference. The NAB chief reiterated to bring all cases to their logical conclusion on a priority basis.
During the briefing, Iqbal said that the institution is reviewing the developments of mega corruption cases on priority basis which would be taken to its conclusion soon.
