NAB Ordered To Make Progress In Illegal Recruitment Case

KARACHI: Sindh High Court (SHC) on Tuesday ordered the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) to make a progress in illegal recruitments case within two months or it will order to close the case.

As per details, A two-member bench of the SHC headed by Chief Justice of Sindh High Court (SHC) Justice Ali Ahmed Sheikh heard a case pertaining to the illegal recruitments in the education department. The bench also included Justice Umar Siyal of the SHC.

The court during the hearing questioned the NAB about its progress on the case. To which the anti-graft watchdog asked for some more time.

At which, the court by expressing anger questioned that do you need another three years to complete the probe?

SHC in its remarks said your investigations show that you joined hands with the suspects.

The court then ordered NAB to complete the case’s hearing within two months and adjourned the hearing till June 25.
