ISLAMABAD: National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has proposed on Wednesday the establishment of Accreditation Academy for the training of the professional investigators.
Announcing the setting up of the academy, chairman NAB Justice retired Javed Iqbal said that training is an effective tool for the improvement and maintaining the quality of investigation officers and prosecutors.
” NAb accords high priority for training or capacity building of its investigation officers on regular basis on modern lines,” he said.
Underscoring the needs of academy, chairman NAB said it will help o regulate the affairs of investigation officers in line with rapidly changing technical and legislative advancements have posed the challenges for the professional investigators which required coordinated efforts with the support of public and other stakeholders.
